Volunteer Age Requirements
We love welcoming young animal advocates to our team!
To ensure the safety of our volunteers and our animals, please review our age guidelines before applying:

Ages 14–15: Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. (Note: Requires two adults to be present during volunteer activities).

Ages 16–17 (with dogs present): Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if working directly with or around dogs.

Ages 16–17 (no dogs present): May volunteer independently without a parent or guardian for dog-free events, administration, or tasks.
